At Wild Rooted Heart Co., every creation is thoughtfully selected or handcrafted with care. Many of our pieces are unique, handmade, or created using natural materials, making each item special.
We want you to love what you receive. Please review our refund and returns policy before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Wild Rooted Heart Co. are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.
Exceptions may be made for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, as outlined below.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

- Your full name and order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item and, when applicable, its packaging.
- A photograph of the shipping label, if available.
Please retain the item and original packaging until we have reviewed your request.
We will review your concern and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
3. Refunds and Replacements
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may offer an appropriate remedy, including:
- A replacement, when an identical or suitable item is available.
- A refund to the original payment method.
- Another resolution agreed upon with the customer.
Because many Wild Rooted Heart Co. creations are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be possible.
When a refund is approved, we will initiate it promptly. The time required for funds to appear depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
4. Handmade and Natural Material Variations
Our creations may incorporate driftwood, natural stones, glass, beads, wood, and other materials with naturally occurring variations.
Differences in color, texture, grain, shape, or pattern are part of the character of handmade and nature-inspired products.
Minor variations that are disclosed or reasonably expected from the product description are not considered defects.
We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate photographs and descriptions.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are not responsible for reasonable return shipping costs when we require the return of a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Do not mail an item back without contacting us first.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows your order has not arrived, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment with the carrier.
If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check the delivery location and contact us. We will review the circumstances and assist with available carrier investigation options.
Any refund or replacement will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer protection requirements.
7. Order Cancellations
Because orders may be prepared for shipment shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you believe you placed an order in error, contact us immediately. We will let you know whether cancellation is still possible.
